1. If you're new to car export → Start with the UAE. 5% duty + 5% VAT, transparent policies, stable demand. The ~100% margin is reliable and predictable.
2. If you want maximum profit → Turkey offers the highest margins — but stay on top of the WTO ruling. If the 40% tariff is removed, your margin jumps even higher.
3. If you have Pakistan connections → The Seal Dynamic at PKR 14.79 million falls under the PKR 20 million duty-free threshold — a unique opportunity.
4. If you're targeting South Asia → Nepal has strong BYD brand recognition and the ATTO 3 refresh is generating buzz. The 20% duty + 13% VAT is manageable.
